5. Reservations and Transactions All reservations and transactions made through the Website are subject to The Benson Hotel’s acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that The Benson Hotel may refuse to accept or may cancel any reservation or transaction, whether or not the reservation or transaction has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party.

Promotion Overview
This promotion offers the 10th delegate free of charge on a full daily delegate rate for all eligible bookings made between June 15, 2024, and October 31, 2024.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to all new bookings made for over 50 attendees, within the promotion period.
Existing bookings made before June 15, 2024, are not eligible for this promotion. The promotion applies only to bookings made for events occurring within the specified promotion period.

Promotion Period
The promotion is valid for bookings made from June 15, 2024, to October 31, 2024. Bookings must be confirmed and a deposit paid within this period to qualify.

Promotion Details
The promotion provides the 10th delegate free of charge for every 9 full-paying delegates. This offer applies to the full daily delegate rate only and does not cover any additional services or upgrades.

Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once a signed contract and deposit are received. The deposit amount and payment schedule will follow standard booking terms.

Limitations and Exclusions
The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions. The free delegate offer applies solely to the delegate package and excludes any other costs such as accommodation, dining, or special requests. Any changes to the booking, including delegate numbers, must be communicated in writing and may affect eligibility for the promotion.

Amendments and Cancellations
Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings under this promotion.Changes in the number of delegates that reduce the booking below 50 full-paying delegates will result in the forfeiture of the free delegate offer.

Force Majeure
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, and Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts state of Queensland, and Australian

By making a booking within the promotion period, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
